History
A community-led regeneration, Thomas Telford Corpach Marina (opened 2023) created a sheltered, all-year harbour with ~40–45 berths, modern facilities and a public slipway to boost local boating and tourism.
Corpach Marina began as a collective dream shared by the community—a desire to create a true home for boaters in the West Highlands.
We recognised that the Fort William area lacked a sheltered marina, forcing many to simply sail past. We aimed to build a place where you could not only drop anchor but truly pause, explore, and feel part of our region. Our objective was to create belonging, not simply provide berths.
It was this shared aspiration that drove our community to raise the funds and construct the marina entirely from the ground up. This unique ethos of community ownership defines everything we do.
Corpach Marina is a working harbour; all monies are reinvested to maintain and enhance the facility, with the remainder donated to our parent company, registered charity Caol Regeneration Company.

We partner with a number of commercial operators located at the marina, and we remain dedicated to supporting local businesses throughout the community.
Corpach Marina is a community-owned facility, over seen by a voluntary Board of Directors and managed day-to-day by a small dedicated team of staff. Meet the team.
We are conveniently located near a supermarket and pub, with regular buses to Fort William. Corpach train station, right next door, offers connections to Glasgow and London.
